Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-17
These Terms of Service govern your use of Corvynel, including the website, Chrome extension, desktop app, and related backend services.
1. Use of the product
Corvynel is intended for lawful software development workflows. You are responsible for how you use the product, the prompts you send, and the code or files you choose to review, apply, or distribute.
2. Accounts and access
Some features require signing in with a supported authentication method. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity performed through it.
3. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans, if offered, are subject to the pricing, billing, and entitlement rules shown at checkout or in the product. Access to paid features may change if a subscription expires, is canceled, or fails to renew.
4. Local file operations
Corvynel may help you review and apply file changes to your local project. You remain fully responsible for reviewing all generated or imported changes before applying them. Backups and diff review reduce risk but do not eliminate it.
5. No warranty
Corvynel is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not promise that the product will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corvynel will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, code issues, downtime, or business interruption arising from use of the product.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the product after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
